Integrated Research Associates is a small biotechnology company located in Marin county, California. Our mission is to develop therapeutic drugs or vaccines for several viruses of significant public health consequence including dengue virus, which infects over 100 million people globally each year, Japanese encephalitis virus & Zika virus, two neurovirulent viruses that continue to expand their geographic range, and enteroviruses 68 and 71, which can cause polio-like disease in children.
Integrated Research Associates also sells inactivated viral antigens and monoclonal antibodies related to dengue, Japanese encephalitis virus, Zika virus, West Nile virus, enterovirus 68 and enterovirus 71. Our antigens and antibodies have been tested and perform well in a variety of platforms including ELISA, Western blot, immunofluorescence and classic plaque reduction neutralization tests (PRNT). Further, we recently identified a subset of monoclonal antibodies that bind the highly divergent strain of dengue DKE 121 and offer the monoclonal antibodies as well as the virus for purchase.
